Our Approach

Voluntary, focused, measured.

Voluntary, not statutory

As a Base Layer NBFC currently below the Companies Act §135 CSR threshold, our CSR commitments are voluntary — guided by purpose rather than compliance. We plan to formalize a Board-approved CSR policy as we scale.

Aligned with our lending

CSR initiatives focus on the same communities we lend to — small businesses, women entrepreneurs, gig workers. This keeps our impact concentrated and measurable.

Tracked & reported

Annual CSR spend, participant counts and outcome metrics are disclosed in our Annual Report, alongside our financial statements.

Doing well by doing good.

Lending is our business.
Lifting the communities we lend to is our mission.
