Borrow more, repay calmly.

A Loan Against Property (LAP) is one of the most efficient ways to finance large needs — because the asset securing the loan lets us offer significantly higher ticket sizes, longer tenures, and lower interest rates than unsecured products. Your property stays in your name; we simply mark a charge on it for the duration of the loan.

Use the funds for whatever you need: expand your manufacturing unit, fund a child's overseas education, consolidate higher-cost debt, or invest in business inventory. There are no end-use restrictions.

Frequently asked questions.

What's the maximum loan I can get?

Up to 65% of the property's current market value, subject to a ceiling of ₹2 Crore. The exact amount depends on your repayment capacity and the property's valuation by our empanelled valuer.

What types of property are accepted?

Fully-owned, freehold or leasehold properties that are: residential (apartments, independent houses), commercial (shops, offices, warehouses), or mixed-use. Agricultural land is not accepted as collateral.

How long does the LAP process take?

Most LAP applications are sanctioned within 7 working days from receipt of complete documents. Disbursal happens within 2 working days of sanction.

Are pre-payments and foreclosure allowed?

Yes. Pre-payments and full foreclosure are permitted. For floating-rate LAPs to individuals, RBI does not allow foreclosure charges — fixed-rate or business LAPs may have nominal charges as disclosed in your sanction letter.

Can I get a top-up later?

Yes, after a satisfactory repayment track record of 12+ months, you can request a top-up subject to remaining LTV headroom and repayment capacity.
