Most LAP applications are sanctioned within 7 working days from receipt of complete documents. Disbursal happens within 2 working days of sanction.
Yes. Pre-payments and full foreclosure are permitted. For floating-rate LAPs to individuals, RBI does not allow foreclosure charges — fixed-rate or business LAPs may have nominal charges as disclosed in your sanction letter.
Yes, after a satisfactory repayment track record of 12+ months, you can request a top-up subject to remaining LTV headroom and repayment capacity.
