Loans on our balance sheet that are originated digitally are sourced through a network of digital lending partners. Each partner operates a loan app under formal agreement with Grow Money Capital and within the framework of the RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025.
Grow Money Capital Pvt. Ltd. — RBI Registration B-14.03064, CIN U65999DL2013PTC257123 — is the regulated lender for the loans listed below. We hold the loan on our balance sheet, set the credit policy, sanction the loan, and disburse funds directly to the borrower's bank account.
Our digital lending partners (also called originating partners) assist us with customer acquisition, KYC, credit scoring, servicing, recovery or collections — under contracts that comply with RBI norms. Grow Money Capital remains responsible for the conduct of these partners in their dealings with you.
CashVia (cashvia.in) is a digital-first personal lending platform backed by Grow Money Capital, offering instant personal loans to urban salaried borrowers via web, Android and iOS apps. Loans originated through CashVia are booked on Grow Money Capital's balance sheet under formal partnership terms compliant with the RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025. Beyond CashVia, digital loans are also sourced through the originating partners listed in Section 2 below. All loan apps are registered with RBI's CIMS portal.
