Empanelled valuers.

For Loan Against Property (LAP) applications, property valuations are conducted by an independent valuer empanelled with Grow Money Capital. The list below shows our currently empanelled valuers by city — for transparency and to let you verify the credentials of anyone conducting a site visit at your property.

How it works

Valuations are independent — and at your cost.

  • You don't choose the valuer. Grow Money assigns a valuer from the empanelled list based on the property's location. This ensures independence — neither you nor anyone at GMC influences the valuation.
  • Valuation fee is paid by you. Standard valuation fees range from ₹3,500 to ₹8,000 depending on property type and location. The exact fee is communicated upfront before the visit.
  • Site visit is scheduled in advance. The valuer will call you to schedule a mutually convenient time. They will carry photo ID identifying them as a GMC-empanelled valuer.
  • Two valuations for high-value LAP. For LAP applications above ₹1 Crore, we typically commission two independent valuations and use the lower of the two for LTV calculation. This is a conservative practice.
